Self Motivation Training
Includes: 10-week personalized training plan based on current fitness and goals with adaptations as needed based on training progress; Up to two group coaching sessions to gauge current fitness and progress half-way through program.
Best suited for: Individuals who are self-motivated and due to work/training priorities and need to regularly walk/run/train mostly on their own. Added benefit of this program over on-line versions is the additional guidance and support provided from a personalized (vs. template) program that have proven to be more effective in helping you reach a personal goal — be it crossing the finish line or achieving a time goal or PR (personal record).
Includes: 10-week training program that includes personalized plan, up to two days’ group coaching per week, virtual coaching when traveling, weekly text and email updates, and tips on fueling, hydration, training in different climates, shoe fitting, speed work and mental strength coaching through Runner’s Mindset formula.
Best suited for: Individuals who want to improve their running form and efficiency. Recommended for those who can and prefer to train in the morning and with other runners and a coach for weekly guidance, tips and accountability to help you reach your goals.

Time and Place
Training/group coaching sessions take place at Nathan Benderson Park/University Town Center area on Tuesday mornings (speed/bridge workouts) and Saturday mornings (longer walk/run sessions) at Benderson, Marina Jack or Siesta Key; varies by week, tide and to mix things up!
